E Komo Mai!
Welcome to Kama`aina… the official website of Kama`aina Magazine and our new addition to the Kama`aina `ohana, KamaainaConnections.com. Together, you’ll find the latest information on our full color, printed publication, along with a directory of Hawaiian-owned and islander-supported businesses.
We are fortunate to have grown up in Hawai`i, and no matter where you live – in the islands or on the mainland – the connection we have to our island home will forever live in our hearts. Mahalo for taking the time to visit our site. We hope you’ll find an abundance of information, and that you’ll come back soon. Aloha… we’re glad you’re here!

A full-color, quarterly, print publication featuring kama`aina from Hawai`i and on the mainland. From Stories of Aloha to Food, Music, Fashion and Culture, Kama`aina has a little something for everyone. We are proud to support local businesses and entertainers, and to perpetuate the culture we grew up with on our island home.
In Hawai`i the culture is strong. We are taught to support one another and help where we can. In business, we believe it should be the same. Our directory features companies that are islander-owned or islander-supported, with owners who believe in the Aloha spirit. Mahalo for your support of these businesses.
